San Marco SRL is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide through this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
The data controller is San Marco SRL, Via della Volta 57, 25124 Brescia (BS), Italy. For any privacy-related request, you can contact us at info@san-marcosrl.com.
This website has no database and does not store your data on its own servers. When you submit the contact form, the only personal data processed is what you voluntarily provide — your name, email address, phone number, and message — which is sent directly to the owner's email inbox. We do not collect any special categories of personal data.
The contact form has a single purpose: to let a prospective client get in touch with the owner. We use the data you submit only to read and respond to your enquiry and to manage the resulting business communication. We do not use it for newsletters or marketing.
We process the contact-form data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box before sending, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics cookies are used only on the basis of your separate consent, given through the cookie banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies through your browser settings, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Because the form only sends an email, your message is kept in the owner's email inbox for no longer than 12 months from your last contact — or longer only if an ongoing business relationship requires it — after which it is deleted. Statistical data collected by analytics, if enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider's settings.
Your message is delivered and stored through Google (email service), which acts as our data processor. If analytics is enabled with your consent, usage data is also processed by Google. Google may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use technically necessary cookies required for the site to work, including remembering your language preference and your cookie choice — these do not require consent. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies through your browser settings.
We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling based on your personal data.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@san-marcosrl.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
For any question regarding this Privacy Policy or the processing of your personal data, please contact San Marco SRL at info@san-marcosrl.com.
